Hanko: Coffee Passport

Overview

Hanko is a mobile app for people who take their coffee seriously. It works like a physical passport — every café you visit stamps a page, building a record of where you've been and what you've had.

The goal is to give coffee lovers a reason to explore independent cafés, while giving those cafés a low-friction way to build loyalty without a punch card or a POS integration.

How it works

• Visit a participating café and collect a digital stamp
• Track your coffee history across venues and regions
• Unlock roaster stories, tasting notes, and barista profiles
• Build a personal coffee passport you actually want to keep

Status

Private testing underway. Currently onboarding partner cafés and refining the stamp redemption flow. Public launch planned for later in 2026.
